BuyerPropIQ is an educational tool. Its reports, value ranges, agent questions, clause explanations and coaching are informational only and are not legal, credit, financial, or tax advice. Value figures are indicative ranges, not valuations. Always confirm specifics with your own solicitor, conveyancer, or mortgage broker before acting.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be 18 or older and use the service for lawful purposes.

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page, with prices shown in Australian dollars including GST. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; coaching is a one-off package. Specific billing terms apply once payment is enabled.

Reports draw on third-party data and AI-generated content, which can be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the service. Use it as one input alongside your own research and professional advice.

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
