BuyerPropIQ is operated by Mintech Solutions. We provide an educational property-buying coaching app for Australians. This policy explains how we handle your personal information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Account details: your name, email, and phone number.
• Onboarding details: your buying situation, finance status, and (optionally) finance documents you upload.
• Properties and journeys you create, and reports generated for them.
• Feedback you submit and basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics.

To provide and improve the service: generating reports, coaching content, and reminders; responding to feedback and support; and, where you have asked, making introductions to trusted partners (for example a mortgage broker or solicitor). We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers to run the app, including hosting, our database and authentication provider, and AI providers that generate report content. Where you opt in to a partner introduction, we share only the details needed to make that introduction. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.

Your data is stored securely with access controls, and uploaded documents are kept private to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can view and update your details in the app, and you can delete your account at any time from the Account screen, which removes your personal data from the service. You may also request access to or correction of your information by contacting us.
